A diagnostic visit from Pool Network is $150. If you approve the repair quote the same day, we waive the $150 fee. Pool Shield members never pay for service calls.

How fast can you come out for a pool repair?

Accepted Answer

We schedule repair visits within 24–48 hours across Lee and Collier Counties. Pool Shield members get priority scheduling.

Do you repair all pool equipment brands?

Yes. We repair pumps, filters, salt systems, automation, lights and plumbing from the major brands, and we are an authorized warranty service provider for Jandy, Zodiac, Fluidra, Madimack and Pentair.

Should I repair or replace my pool pump?

Accepted Answer

Repair it if a seal, capacitor or bearing failed on a newer pump. Replace it if the motor burned out, it keeps failing or it's an old single-speed pump — a variable-speed pump uses much less electricity. We show you both options in writing.

How do I know if my pool is leaking or just evaporating?

Do the bucket test: set a bucket of pool water on the first step, mark both levels and check after 24 hours. If the pool dropped more than the bucket, you likely have a leak. Losing more than about 1/4 inch a day is another warning sign.

Do you offer pool leak detection?

Yes. Pool Network finds and repairs leaks in the pool shell, skimmers, light niches, main drains and underground plumbing, with detection and repair handled by the same team.

Heat pump or gas heater: which is better in Florida?

Accepted Answer

For most Southwest Florida pools, a heat pump is the better choice because it runs efficiently in warm, humid air and costs less to operate. A gas heater warms water faster and works well for spas or occasional heating.

Why is my salt system saying "check cell" or not making chlorine?

Accepted Answer

The most common causes are a scaled or worn-out cell, low salt, low water flow or a failing control board. We test the cell and the system to find the cause, then repair or replace the cell.

Can you convert my pool to saltwater?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We install salt chlorine generators and set them up with your existing equipment and automation. If your pool was just resurfaced, we wait until the finish has cured before adding salt.

Is my pool equipment still under warranty?

It depends on the manufacturer, the install date and proof of purchase. Send us the model number, serial number and invoice and we'll verify coverage before you pay for a repair.
